Choosing the best family rafting trip for your family is critical to your family's fun and safety.

There are age requirements for each trip, but for most families and groups, attitude, activity level, and experience with water activities and/or the outdoors are important factors in choosing the right trip.

Morning Mist, As Young as Age 4

1. As young as age 4 (age 3 1/2 is the absolute minimum)
2. Warmer water,
3. Milder rapids
4. Definitely Whitewater, Definitely Not Big
5. Great for families with younger kids, beginners to age 11, & anyone apprehensive about rafting
6. Warmer water and less current means you get to stop and play in the water a time or two
7. We provide you a light snack
8. Great trip for a Ducky (aka inflatable kayak)
9. Older kids along with younger brothers &/or sisters have a great time.

1. Minimum age on this trip is 7.
2. Better for older kids to try a ducky or funyak
3. Trip size can be a bit larger
4. Weather can become a little cloudy with a chance of shower this time of the day. Not usually an issue with older kids.
5. We provide you a light snack
6. Check with us on availability, this trip does not run every day.

ALL of our guides are CPR and First Aid certified, ALWAYS carry First Aid kids and a cell phone (for 911 needed calls). We are the only outfitters on the 'Tuck' that do this for our families!
